Founder, Problematic Pineapple LLC
I’m an author, speaker, and accessibility advocate challenging the one-size-fits-all assumptions built into mainstream mindfulness and wellness.
Through Problematic Pineapple LLC, I explore a simple question: What if the problem isn’t that some people can’t participate in traditional wellness practices, but that those practices were never actually designed to include everyone?
My work centers disabled, chronically ill, and neurodivergent people, while encouraging practitioners and organizations to question what we call “universal,” recognize who may be getting left out, and explore more accessible and inclusive ways forward.
I’m also the author of No Breathwork, No Bullsh*t, an accessible mindfulness guide featuring five practical tools that require no breathwork, no movement, and no ableist expectations.
Question the default. Keep what works. Challenge what doesn’t. Make room for more people and more healing.
